Description

10-metre prefabricated box, L1 model, comprising a central sanitary block (WC, wash basin, shower) and two communicating customisable spaces. This elongated gauge brings additional usable surface that lends itself well to mixed uses: construction-site living base with eating corner and changing room, reception module for teams on extended intervention, or technical room with integrated water point. The Corten-steel body and marine-plywood floor ensure mechanical strength on site, and the pre-installed plumbing shortens the commissioning phase. 50 mm rock-wool insulation, painted-steel interior finish, two electrical sockets per zone, one window. CSC and ISO 1161 certifications for lifting and transport. Module delivered as is: network connections to be planned.
